We are approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate to offer online continuing education courses as At Your Pace Online (School Number S17-0020).
Complete your continuing education to renew your AZ real estate license today. All of our courses can be completed At Your Pace online in order to help you maintain your license. Once you finish your class you will have an official certificate of completion available to print or save in order to report your CE to ADRE.
Arizona Deed Fraud
This 1-hour course is designed to meet the requirements of the Arizona Department of Real Estate for one hour of continuing education in an area of importance to the real estate community: Deed Fraud.
Arizona Water
This 1-hour course is designed to meet the requirements of the Arizona Department of Real Estate for one hour of continuing education in an area of importance to the real estate community: Arizona Water.
Arizona Firewise
This 1-hour course is designed to meet the requirements of the Arizona Department of Real Estate for one hour of continuing education in an area of importance to the real estate community: Firewise.
Arizona Salesperson Real Estate Continuing Education Package
Effective January 1, 2025, Arizona real estate salespersons will be required to complete one hour each of the following subjects: Firewise, Arizona Water, and Deed Fraud. This package includes all necessary courses to fulfill these requirements and meet the renewal criteria. The courses included are:

- 3 Hours of Fair Housing
- 3 Hours of Disclosure
- 3 Hours of Contract Law
- 3 Hours of Commissioner's Standards
- 3 Hours of Farm Brokerage
- 1 Hour of Firewise

Arizona 6 Hour General Real Estate
This Arizona real estate continuing education course is approved with the Arizona Department of Real Estate, and satisfies 6 hours of the General CE requirements for Salespersons, Associate Brokers, Delegated Associate Brokers, and Designated Brokers.
Arizona 3 Hour Real Estate Legal Issues
This Arizona Real Estate Legal Issues real estate continuing education course is approved with the Arizona Department of Real Estate, and satisfies 3 hours of the CE requirements for Salespersons, Associate Brokers, Delegated Associate Brokers, and Designated Brokers.
Arizona 3 Hour Agency Law
This 3 hour class fulfills the requirements on the subject of Agency by the Arizona Department of Real Estate for continuing education for licensed Salespersons, Associate Brokers, Delegated Associate Brokers, and Designated Brokers.
Arizona 3 Hour Commissioner's Standards
This Arizona Commissioner's Standards real estate continuing education course is approved with the Arizona Department of Real Estate, and satisfies 3 hours of the CE requirements for Salespersons and Associate Brokers.
Arizona 3 Hour Contract Law
This Arizona Contract Law real estate continuing education course is approved with the Arizona Department of Real Estate, and satisfies 3 hours of the CE requirements for Salespersons, Associate Brokers, Delegated Associate Brokers, and Designated Brokers.
Arizona 3 Hour Disclosure
This Arizona Disclosure real estate continuing education course is approved with the Arizona Department of Real Estate, and satisfies 3 hours of the CE requirements for Salespersons, Associate Brokers, Delegated Associate Brokers, and Designated Brokers.
Arizona 3 Hour Fair Housing
This Arizona Fair Housing real estate continuing education course is approved with the Arizona Department of Real Estate, and satisfies 3 hours of the CE requirements for Salespersons, Associate Brokers, Delegated Associate Brokers, and Designated Brokers.
Arizona Farm Brokerage
This course is ideal for Arizona real estate professionals looking to specialize in agricultural transactions. It offers training in brokerage, valuation and contract management. Other key learning topics include water rights, zoning laws, environmental concerns and financing options so agents can confidently manage farm and ranch sales.
Arizona Real Estate Continuing Education Requirements for Sales Licenses and Designated Broker Licenses
As of January 1, 2025, all Arizona real estate professionals must complete one hour of the following: Arizona water, deed fraud, and firewise. Updated requirements by license type are listed below.
In Arizona, your designated broker or sales license must be renewed every two years. To do that, you must complete the mandatory continuing education (CE) hours for your respective license.
The Arizona real estate continuing education requirement for designated brokers includes at least 30 hours of CE. These CE hours must contain:
- 3 hours in agency law
- 3 hours in contract law
- 3 hours in disclosure
- 3 hours in fair housing issues
- 3 hours in real estate legal issues
- 1 hour in deed fraud
- 1 hour in firewise
- 1 hour in Arizona water
- 9 hours of broker management clinics
The remaining 3 hours of CE credit may be in any subject.
The CE requirement for a sales license mandates at least 24 hours of continuing education. These hours must include:
- 3 hours in agency law
- 3 hours in commissioner’s standards
- 3 hours in contract law
- 3 hours in disclosure
- 3 hours in fair housing issues
- 3 hours in real estate legal issues
- 1 hour in deed fraud
- 1 hour in firewise
- 1 hour in Arizona water
The remaining 3 hours can be in any subject.
In any single 24-hour period, Arizona real estate licensees can only receive credit for up to 9 CE hours. The AYPORealEstate course delivery system can manage the timing of CE credit application to help ensure you meet this requirement.
Information on Final Exams:
In order to receive credit for an Arizona real estate continuing education course, you must pass the final exam with a score of at least 80%. You may take the exam as many times as necessary to pass.
