This Arizona Disclosure real estate continuing education course is approved with the Arizona Department of Real Estate, and satisfies 3 hours of the CE requirements for Salespersons, Associate Brokers, Delegated Associate Brokers, and Designated Brokers.
This Disclosure course includes instruction on:

- Disclosure Issues and Concerns
- Real Estate "Red Flags" and Licensee Duty
Upon completion, you will receive everything you need to self-report to the ADRE. You will also receive a printable Certificate of Completion that will comply with the ADRE's requirement for licensees to retain proof of CE completion in case of an audit.
