Arizona Deed Fraud

This 1-hour course is designed to meet the requirements of the Arizona Department of Real Estate for one hour of continuing education in an area of importance to the real estate community: Deed Fraud. This course provides a general overview of roughly one-hour on how to understand the basics of the Deed Fraud crime, including their role as a real estate professional in recognition and prevention. Combined with the additional topics of one hour each on Arizona Water and Firewise, licensees in Arizona will meet their 3 hour requirement.
