Arizona Firewise

This 1-hour course is designed to meet the requirements of the Arizona Department of Real Estate for one hour of continuing education in an area of importance to the real estate community: Firewise. Students will learn about creating defensible space, and evacuation preparation and implementation in regards to being Firewise. When they have completed the course, a student will have a basic understanding of how to be Firewise and how this topic applies to their real estate practice and real property in Arizona. Combined with the additional topics of one hour each on Deed Fraud and Arizona Water, licensees in Arizona will meet their 3 hour requirement.
