Arizona Water

This 1-hour course is designed to meet the requirements of the Arizona Department of Real Estate for one hour of continuing education in an area of importance to the real estate community: Arizona Water. This course provides a general overview of roughly one-hour on how to be informed on Arizona water sources and water availability, as well as how to determine the water source (or lack thereof) for a particular property. Combined with the additional topics of one hour each on Deed Fraud and Firewise, licensees in Arizona will meet their 3 hour requirement.
