This 7-hour package meets your continuing education requirements for the 2024 renewal deadline.
The AREC Property Management course provides three of the seven hours of required continuing education content needed for real estate license renewal in Arkansas. This course centers on the regulations governing property management, including a look at agency relationships, broker supervision, fiduciary duties owed to all clients, trust account deposits, and recordkeeping.
The 1-hour Safety course covers general safety considerations, protecting yourself, protecting clients, and protecting the property.
The Finance and Mathematics course will fulfill the 3-hour requirement for Arkansas real estate licensees on any topic, and will cover finance basics, mathematics for real estate, and property taxes.
