This course contains twelve hours of continuing education content specially designed for real estate professionals in California.
At the start of the course is an overview of mathematics and how math is used in the real estate industry.
From there, the course examines lending laws, such as the TILA-RESPA Rule (Truth-in-Lending Act and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act) and mortgage fraud and predatory lending.
This course also explores listing agreements, sales agreements, and leases.
Finally, the course discusses foreclosure and the foreclosure process.
The content is broken up by four incremental quizzes and concludes with a 30 question final exam. These quizzes and the final exam are all intended to test the students comprehension of the material.
