The class provides a review of the NAR approach to overcoming implicit bias and other ways to overcome implicit bias in decision-making by following ethical principles.
The class finishes with an overview of California’s information-gathering, collaborative approach to implicit bias regulation and enforcement and implicit bias enforcement efforts in LA with regard income source discrimination (Housing Choice Vouchers).
