This package is designed to meet the requirements for salespeople and brokers renewing for the first time, as well as for all subsequent renewals. The courses included are: 3 hours of Management and Supervision, 3 hours of Trust Fund, 3 hours of Agency, 3 hours of Ethics, 2 hours of Implicit Bias, 3 hours of Fair Housing, and 3 hours of Risk Management. The remaining hours are focused on consumer service and consumer protection.
