Indiana 4 Hour Course for Managing Brokers (2021 Update)

This 4-hour course provides the required training in necessary business and management skills, and legal knowledge for Managing Brokers in Indiana. The course begins by reviewing legal terms that are important to know in the business of real estate. We’ll also take a look at the legal definition of a managing broker in Indiana. Then, we’ll review the newest changes to real estate law to ensure that you’re up to date.

We’ll spend some time talking about the best practices to maintain cybersecurity, as well as general risk management practices, for issues especially relevant to brokers.

Another important point that we’ll cover is physical safety. Both real estate licensees and consumers can encounter dangerous situations in the course of real estate activities. We’ll talk about the most common dangers, as well as how to prepare for them.
