- $45.00
The eight hours of continuing education content contained in this class are focused on the real estate laws and rules of the state of Iowa. The intent is to provide students with the current picture of the real estate regulatory framework that they will be operating within.
However, this class will also cover a number of other topics that are related to these regulations.
The class will start by discussing areas of real estate specializations. From there, the class will examine the official categories of real property in Iowa. Then, the class will shift to a look at the professional organizations and special designations provided by these organizations.
After that, the class will talk about relationships with brokers and the means by which a broker can be compensated.
The remainder of the class is a thorough exploration of the legal framework starting with the statutes contained in Chapter 543B of the Iowa Code. Then, there will be a short segment on the continuing education regulations in Section 272C.2. The final portion of the class is solely concerned with the Real Estate Commission's administrative rules.
Once the class has been completed, students will be required to go through a 60 question quiz that is designed to support retention and understanding of the content in the class.
