This package was specifically designed for active real estate license holders in the state of New Hampshire. This package will not only meet the continuing education requirements for the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission but will also meet the CE requirement from the National Association of Realtors.
This course begins with the New Hampshire core course, a legal disclaimer, an overview of the NHREC website, license application and renewal forms, license law and rules, an overview of the existing regulations and practice of agency, property disclosures, other topical issues, and Fair Housing.
The next section covers financing, including the sources of financing, down payment assistance programs, financial markets, and federal monetary controls. Under loans and loan programs students will go over the general concepts of loans, the loan application process, and types of loans. Lastly in this section, we will cover government loan programs including FHA and VA, as well as other federal programs.
Next students will study agency, contracts, and law, with introduction to agency, parties to an agency agreement, creation of an agency relationship, types of authority and agency, responsibilities of the parties and termination of agency, and agency in general in the real estate industry.
Under basic contract law, students will go over, assignment and novation, breach of contract, contract clauses, general knowledge of contract law, buyer-broker agreements, contract categories, land sale contracts, leases, listing agreement, offers and purchase agreements, and other real estate contracts.
The next section covers Articles 1 and 2 of the NAR Code of Ethics.
This section is followed by an 8 question quiz.
From here students will continue with the NAR Code of Ethics, moving on the enforcement of professional standards, and arbitration.
This course concludes with an 8 question quiz.
