The NAR Code of Ethics is one of the oldest professional codes of conduct. It shapes the daily duties and professional behaviors of all real estate agents and REALTORS. Dive into the code to learn standards relating to customers, clients, the public and other REALTORS. This course explains every article from start to finish.
In addition to the code, this course contains information on dispute resolution, just in case conflicts arise. Disciplinary action is required to address breaches of ethical behavior — which is also covered in this course. By the time the course is complete, you will have a full understanding of the principles of the code and how they relate to your work as a REALTOR or real estate agent.
