Ohio Real Estate Civil Rights 3 Hour Review

The Ohio Real Estate Civil Rights 3 Hour Review course will fulfill the Ohio licensee's requirement for 3 hours of Civil Rights continuing education. This smartly designed and professionally presented course focuses on fair housing procedures, rules, and regulations. Subjects covered in this course include an an introduction to civil rights and fair housing, the history  of fair housing and its impact on the Ohio real estate professional, the reaction of the real estate profession to fair housing laws, and  an overview of the Fair Housing Act including fair housing-related Presidential Executive Orders. Plus, we'll discuss the use of criminal records in fair housing practices and take a look into the role and function of the Ohio Civil Rights commission.
