This 5-Hour professionally detailed course successfully fulfills the required two (2) hours of Fair Housing and three (3) hours of Agency that are required for Pennsylvania licensees' license renewal. - Special duties under Pennsylvania law
- Transaction licensees' authority and limitations
- Practical applications of disclosure laws
- Dual agency, and
- Managing conflicts of interest
And, of course, we'll dig into The Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act (RELRA) and its broad impact on the Pennsylvania real estate industry. Plus, we provide numerous case studies, real-world examples, and scenarios to help hone the licensee's skills.
