Basic Minnesota Real Estate Pre-License Package
This pre-license bundle includes three 30-hour real estate salesperson courses (Course I, Course II, and Course III) that prepare candidates for the licensing exam and fulfill state education requirements. Completing the series of three 30-hour courses, along with passing the exam, allows applicants to apply for a Minnesota Real Estate Salesperson license.
Course material includes interspersed activities and exercises designed to give students the opportunity to apply what they have learned to real-world applications and questions.
Each topic module ends with a quiz to review the material learned and prepare the student for the final exam. At the end of each course, students will take a final exam. Passing the exam earns the student a certificate of completion.

To renew a real estate Minnesota license, all salespersons must complete 15 hours of CE coursework annually for 30 credit hours per biennial term. New licensees have until their first renewal term to complete the CE requirement, regardless of when their license was initially issued, and are only required to complete the module due at their renewal.
The CE course package included in the complete package fulfills Minnesota's real estate license renewal requirements. After you finish your CE, we automatically report your course completion to the state.
