This 7 hour course of educational content is designed to provide real estate professionals with an overview of important topics and concepts related to the ownership and management of real property. This package covers topics such as basic property law, legal descriptions of property, land use controls, valuation of property, and investment in real estate, property management.
Tennessee Real Estate Basics of Finance & Mathematics

This 3 hour course will fulfill the 3 hour requirement for Real Estate licensees on this topic, and will cover Finance Basics, Mathematics for Real Estate, and Property Taxes.
Tennessee Real Estate License Renewal Dates and Continuing Education Requirements
- Real Estate Licensees in the state of Tennessee must renew their license every 2 years based on their issue date.
- TN real estate professionals are required to obtain 16 hours of continuing education.
- Of the 16 total hours, 6 hours need to be on Core (TN real estate law).
- The other 10 hours are to be on electives.
