Tennessee Real Estate License Renewal Dates and Continuing Education Requirements
- Real Estate Licensees in the state of Tennessee must renew their license every 2 years based on their issue date.
- TN real estate professionals are required to obtain 16 hours of continuing education.
- Of the 16 total hours, 6 hours need to be on Core (TN real estate law).
- The other 10 hours are to be on electives.
